Jerry Solom, August 24, 1945 -- July 23, 2019 This is a random image memorial post about my late friend, who died a year ago. I wrote a memoir/tribute to him in the Wannaskan Almanac on July 23, 2020. A random collection of images: 2005 Jerry's 60th birthday with Marion and little Mallori  A Skype image of Jerry and Marion in 2010, from Hope Lodge/Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota when Jerry was battling leukemia. During the months they were away from home whether aboard their sailboat, Indian Summer, in Europe or when they were in Rochester when he was being treated for leukemia, we'd keep a close eye on their place, as would family members and close-by neighbors. I thought their house and yard spoke of their activity all year around.     http://wannaskanalmanac.blogspot.com/2019/08/thursday-manoominike-giizis-ricing-moon.html is a link to an early Wannaskan Almanac post that includes the three Sailing Indian Summer books Jerry published on Amazon.
